Bookkeeper/Office Manager

Coolearth Software provides innovative business software and services for enterprise resource management, supply chain, customer relationship, and industry solutions. Coolearth is currently seeking a bright, energetic and experienced bookkeeper.

As the Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for:

  • AP/AR, payroll, tax reporting, general ledger processes and other accounting duties as assigned
  • maintenance of vendor / customer / employee account files
  • providing marketing support to the sales manager with copywriting website & sales literature, event planning and generating proposals
  • office management duties & customer support with regard to equipment orders and repairs
  • light reception work such as greeting customers and answering phones
  • reporting directly to the CEO and sales manager.

Successful candidate will have:

  • At least 2-5 years of bookkeeping and administrative experience
  • QuickBooks proficiency as well as an advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Working knowledge of accounting principles and Washington tax laws
  • Effective writing, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Ability to learn quickly, multi-task and work well with others
  • Strong sense of initiative, self-motivation, and a great sense of humor
